About this role
Lead the strategy for a dedicated in-house studio serving a healthcare education institution. You will drive the strategic foundation for creative and CRM execution, focusing on content velocity, relevance, and personalization at scale. This role involves end-to-end strategy for email and CRM programs, with input across paid, social, owned, and emerging channels.
What we are looking for
6- Lead CRM and email marketing strategy for enrollment programs
- Define audience segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategies
- Build and own email testing and optimization roadmap
- Provide strategic input across paid social, organic social, owned content, and web
- Utilize AI tools for brand visibility and search optimization
- Develop content and channel testing frameworks
