Content Writer

Ticketmaster is seeking a Content Writer to manage content creation and alignment across Latin America. This role focuses on updating internal knowledge bases and external FAQs, as well as scripting for customer service interactions, ensuring a consistent brand voice. The position requires fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and experience in content management within customer experience environments.

• Create, edit, translate, and proofread fan communications
• Subject Matter Expert for Ticketmaster Tone of Voice across LATAM
• Lead content and tone of voice for chatbots and scripting
• Optimize fan-facing help centers for SEO and usability
• Ensure compliance with Tone of Voice and content best practices
• Identify new opportunities for content creation
