Marketing Specialist

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their Property Marketing COE Team in Chicago. You will collaborate with real estate professionals, property owners, and a marketing team to develop and execute property marketing strategies. This role involves serving as the day-to-day point of contact for brokerage teams, managing project workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets.

• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the Brokerage Team
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and graphic designers
• Manage project workflow and ensure efficient production schedules
• Communicate project updates and provide campaign reporting metrics
• Bachelor's degree and 3-4+ years of marketing experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
