Sr. Content Marketing Manager

Sprinklr is seeking a Sr. Content Marketing Manager to join their Brand & Content team in Bangalore. This role involves creating compelling content across various formats, including web pages, blogs, campaign assets, and video scripts, to help customers understand Sprinklr's AI-native platform for Unified Customer Experience Management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring marketing campaigns to life and ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice and standards.

• Create content for web pages, blogs, customer stories, campaign assets, emails, landing pages, social media, paid ads, presentations, and video scripts
• Partner with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Design teams
• Translate complex product capabilities into simple, customer-focused stories
• Ensure content reflects Sprinklr's brand voice, editorial standards, and messaging principles
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Utilize AI as a productivity partner for research, ideation, and drafting
