This fast-paced role involves concepting, shooting, editing, and iterating on a high volume of content weekly, utilizing both mobile and professional equipment. You will analyze performance data and customer insights to inform creative decisions and ensure clear, memorable storytelling.

• Produce high-volume, net-new and iterative ad creative weekly
• Concept, script, shoot, and edit photo and video content
• Utilize iPhone and professional camera, lighting, and audio gear
• Analyze ad performance, customer insights, and social trends
• Build assets around clear hypotheses and performance signals
• Collaborate with Growth Creative, Paid Media, and Influencer teams
