Specialist- Digital & Marketing Operations

Carrier is seeking a Digital & Marketing Operations Specialist to lead digital marketing strategy and demand generation for its Software and Control Solutions business. This role involves website optimization, SEO, digital campaigns, social media, and content distribution to grow the digital presence of SaaS offerings. You will also support marketing operations, including campaign tracking, lead management, and performance reporting, with end-to-end ownership of outcomes.

• Own website strategy, performance, and conversion optimization roadmap
• Develop and execute enterprise SEO strategies including AEO and GEO
• Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Define social media priorities and growth strategies, particularly for LinkedIn and YouTube
• Support lead capture and management processes across digital channels
• Track and report on key marketing KPIs and translate insights into recommendations
