Senior Manager, Marketing

Lead the Consumer Lending and Payments/Card marketing team at BMO, driving strategy and execution for client acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to develop integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies that support business growth and client satisfaction.

• Lead a marketing team focused on acquisition, onboarding, retention, and cross-sell campaigns
• Develop and execute integrated, omnichannel marketing strategies
• Manage campaign implementation and project management using Workfront
• Collaborate with business partners, creative teams, legal, and agency partners
• Analyze marketing and business performance data to identify opportunities
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing workflows and processes
