Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase footfall, dwell time, and sales
Manage marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal ROI
Oversee multi-channel marketing presence including social media, website, and press
Collaborate with retail tenants and commercialization partners
Plan and execute center events and community engagement initiatives
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and footfall data
