Colliers is seeking a Marketing Specialist to provide top-notch support to brokers and clients in their Austin, TX office. This role involves assisting with business development through marketing efforts, creating pitch decks and graphic materials, and managing transaction communication from start to finish.

• Support brokers with marketing efforts and pitch deck creation
• Manage transaction communication and process
• Execute marketing campaigns and update client portals
• Coordinate transaction and due diligence processes
• 1-2+ years of marketing/administrative support in Commercial Real Estate
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign, MS Office Suite
