Social Media Lead

Circle is seeking a Social Media Lead to build and manage its social media presence from the ground up. This role will focus on creating engaging short-form video content, developing content strategies, and establishing repeatable systems for content production. You will collaborate with various teams to translate brand strengths and customer stories into compelling social media output.

• Develop and execute social content strategy across platforms
• Produce and edit short-form video content independently
• Build and maintain content operating rhythm and calendar
• Identify content opportunities with leadership and stakeholders
• Track social media metrics and improve execution
• Attend events and capture content, requiring up to 25% travel
