JLL is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy and execution for a property, driving tenant sales and client satisfaction. This role involves developing annual marketing plans and budgets, managing digital media, and collaborating with tenants and leasing teams to achieve strategic goals.

• Develop and manage annual marketing plans and budgets
• Execute sales promotions, special events, and communication strategies
• Manage digital media programs including social media and web
• Partner with tenants and leasing teams to drive sales
• Utilize market research to inform marketing strategies
• Represent the property and JLL in community activities
