Lightspeed is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEO for a 13-month fixed-term contract. You will lead our organic search strategy, focusing on SEO, AEO, and GEO to drive qualified traffic and leads. This role involves developing roadmaps, conducting audits, and optimizing our presence across traditional and emerging search platforms.

• Develop and execute organic search strategy across SEO, AEO, and GEO
• Conduct technical SEO audits and monitor organic performance
• Adapt content and structured data for AI-driven search and answer engines
• Partner with Content and Web Development teams for on-page and technical improvements
• Own keyword research and content gap analysis
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving AI search behavior
