Clera is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to join our creative intelligence and performance marketing team. In this client-facing role, you will develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google, managing significant media investments. You'll be instrumental in connecting creative performance with campaign results and driving efficient account growth for our clients.

• Manage paid media programs across Meta, TikTok, and Google with substantial budgets
• Lead client relationships and strategy sessions
• Develop integrated growth strategies linking creative and media
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients and teams
• Optimize media efficiency through funnel strategy and offer testing
• 5+ years paid media experience, agency or consumer app preferred
