LifeSpa-Coordinator

As a LifeSpa Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for guests, managing the phone system to answer calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel. You will also assist the Department Head with administrative tasks, explain LifeSpa services, and convert inquiries into appointments.

• Operate telephone system to answer incoming calls
• Greet, schedule appointments, and service members
• Explain LifeSpa products, services, and treatments
• Convert LifeSpa questions into appointments
• Assist Department Head with filing and office duties
• 1 year of customer service experience
