Field Marketing Manager, Public Sector

Anthropic is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution for Public Sector audiences in the US. This is a foundational role where you will build the field marketing playbook from scratch, designing event calendars, digital programs, and partnerships to drive AI adoption within government sectors. You will collaborate closely with Public Sector Sales teams to convert engagement into pipeline.

• Develop and activate US Public Sector field marketing strategy
• Design and execute public-sector-appropriate event formats
• Plan field calendar around government fiscal year and spending cycles
• Own presence at anchor public sector events
• Build co-marketing programs with public sector channel ecosystem
• Establish baseline metrics, dashboards, and ROI reporting
