Social Media Coordinator

Guardian Dentistry Partners is seeking a creative Social Media Coordinator to elevate our brand presence across a network of dental practices. This role involves creating engaging video content, identifying social trends, and coaching local teams to become better content creators. You will manage social media strategy, develop content, and support practice teams in building their online presence.

• Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and emerging platforms
• Create engaging short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks
• Film, edit, and publish content featuring doctors, team members, and office culture
• Identify relevant social trends and translate them into content
• Lead virtual social media trainings and provide ongoing support to practice teams
• Travel to regions to capture original content and build a content library
