• Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across PPC and paid social
• Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-led decisions to improve ROI
• Support new gym openings and regional campaigns with tailored activity
• Work with agency partners and internal teams for integrated campaigns
• Track and report on campaign results, sharing insights and recommendations
• 1-3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
