Senior Director, Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty

Lead digital performance marketing and loyalty initiatives across the Americas for SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company. This role drives customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven strategies and innovative loyalty programs, accelerating profitable growth.

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
• Oversee performance marketing channels including SEM, Paid Social, Display, SEO, and Affiliate
• Design and scale loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value and advocacy
• Lead omnichannel marketing efforts ensuring consistency across digital platforms
