Manager, Field Events - Growth

Engine is seeking a Manager for Field Events to own and execute their field marketing program, focusing on reaching buyers who may not be online. This role involves strategy, event execution, partnership management, and driving pipeline growth through both traditional and experimental in-person activations. You will also manage a small team and collaborate closely with sales.

• Own end-to-end field marketing program strategy and execution
• Manage traditional field events, roadshows, and experimental activations
• Develop and manage DMO and destination partnerships
• Drive pipeline influence and accountability through field activities
• Partner closely with sales teams for account targeting and follow-up
• Manage and develop a team of two while acting as a senior individual contributor
