Team Coordinator

Albemarle is seeking a hybrid Team Coordinator in Budapest to ensure compliance with RTP processes, support standardization, and manage team operations. This role involves creating reports, leading projects, resolving escalations, and acting as a role model for the team.

• Create, test, and run compliance reports
• Support process standardization and on-boarding
• Lead or support projects and manage escalations
• Monitor team operations and oversee work quality
• Act as a role model and backup for the Team Leader
• Coordinate 10+ people and S2P processes across regions
