Social Media Specialist

Marsh is seeking a Social Media Specialist to join their Social Media Center of Excellence in Mexico City. This hybrid role involves developing social media strategies, content, and campaigns to support the Marsh brand and talent marketing. You will lead content approvals, manage the Instagram channel, and contribute to brand reputation and crisis management.

• Lead end-to-end development, governance, and approvals for social media programs
• Develop and activate brand partnerships into high-impact content and campaigns
• Accountable for Instagram channel strategy, content, and performance
• Core member of brand reputation and crisis management team
• Monitor daily brand and crisis activity across social media platforms
• Contribute to presentations, scorecards, and KPIs to measure program effectiveness
