As an Associate Manager of Professional Marketing, you will lead and optimize key marketing programs for Waterpik™ dental professionals. This hybrid role involves managing budgets, overseeing program execution, and building relationships with consultants and industry partners to drive growth and deliver measurable results.

• Lead execution and optimization of Waterpik™ Dental Professional Marketing programs
• Manage budgets for Lunch & Learn, Patient Discount, and tradeshow programs
• Build and manage Professional Educator consultant and staffing teams
• Monitor program performance and report on results
• Ensure legal and ethical compliance for all programs
• Develop content for professional newsletters
