Marketing Communications Coordinator

HUB International is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support a variety of marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, events, and content creation. This role involves coordinating projects from concept to completion, developing marketing collateral, and managing communications across multiple channels to strengthen the brand and enhance client engagement.

• Coordinate and execute marketing projects from concept through completion
• Create and edit marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and emails
• Develop marketing communications for participants, advisors, and clients
• Plan and manage webinars and in-person client events
• Produce and edit marketing videos
• Manage website updates and social media content
