• Identify and develop new marketing and growth opportunities
• Turn product features and promotions into integrated marketing campaigns
• Coordinate execution across User Acquisition, Brand, Product, Design, CRM, Content, and Compliance teams
• Own the execution process for cross-functional growth initiatives
• Track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement
• Build simple business cases and recommendations for new initiatives
