Digital Media Manager

Nexstar is seeking a Digital Media Manager to lead our station's digital content strategy across all platforms, including website, mobile, social media, and streaming. You will be responsible for growing audience engagement, increasing digital revenue, and overseeing content production to maximize our reach and impact. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in digital journalism, audience development, and analytics.

• Lead daily digital content strategy and execution across all station platforms
• Develop strategies to increase website traffic, video views, and social engagement
• Oversee digital producers and content creators to ensure high-quality storytelling
• Utilize SEO best practices and audience analytics to guide editorial decisions
• Manage website and mobile content for accuracy, timeliness, and audience engagement
• Recruit, train, and mentor digital content staff
