Marketing Specialist

Colliers is seeking a detail-driven Marketing Specialist to join their onsite team in Jericho, NY. This role involves collaborating with sales professionals to execute marketing tasks, create compelling marketing materials, and support business development initiatives for property campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in marketing, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and 3 years of relevant experience.

• Execute marketing tasks for property campaigns, pitch materials, and business development efforts
• Create and distribute marketing materials including offering memorandums, flyers, and email campaigns
• Balance templates with custom design for visually compelling and brand-compliant deliverables
• Support proposal and pitch development with content gathering, organization, and design
• Draft web and social content in alignment with brand guidelines
• Track project timelines and maintain quality control across ongoing projects
