As a Content Strategist & Writer for RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing, you will own the strategy and creation of customer-facing content across all communication channels. This role requires translating complex mortgage servicing information into clear, concise language that enhances customer understanding and engagement. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure consistent brand voice and compliance across all customer interactions.

- Develop and write customer-facing content for email, SMS, print, IVR, chat, and web
- Own content strategy across customer touchpoints
- Translate complex mortgage servicing concepts into plain language
- Ensure brand voice consistency and adherence to content standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product, operations, compliance, and legal
- Evaluate content effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities
