Manager, Social Media Strategy & Content

Ocean Spray is seeking a visionary Manager, Social Media Strategy & Content to lead the evolution of our organic social ecosystem. This role will define and execute a modern social vision that elevates our brand, drives cultural relevance, and establishes social as a critical component of the consumer experience. The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on content expertise, bringing experience in brand storytelling, audience engagement, and creator partnerships.

• Define and own a forward-looking social media vision and content strategy
• Develop distinct content frameworks and editorial approaches for compelling brand storytelling
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing team of social strategists and content creators
• Manage agency relationships, creators, and technology partnerships
• Drive performance through data-driven insights and a test-and-learn mindset
• 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and content strategy
