Support Crystal Group's marketing initiatives by assisting with content development, digital marketing, market research, and campaign execution. This role offers hands-on experience in creating marketing materials, managing social media, updating website content, and tracking campaign performance. You will collaborate with marketing and sales teams to communicate the company's capabilities and culture.

• Assist with content creation for social media, email, websites, and presentations
• Draft and edit copy for products, culture, and employee-ownership story
• Support social media scheduling and website content updates
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Assist with event planning and logistics
• Track marketing activity and report on campaign results
