About this role

Decagon is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own our website and drive our SEO and AEO strategy. You will be responsible for executing website changes, launching new pages, and managing our presence in both traditional and AI-driven search. This role requires hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and a data-driven approach to growth.

What we are looking for

Own day-to-day website execution and build systems for faster publishing
Set and execute SEO and AEO strategy for traditional and AI search
Manage content contractors and internal teams for production
Handle website localization and privacy compliance for international expansion
Experience with CMS (Webflow), HTML/CSS, and SEO/AEO tooling (GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs)
Analytical mindset with a focus on driving pipeline, not just traffic
