Senior Applications Engineer

Onto Innovation is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer to deploy and develop inspection solutions for advanced semiconductors. This role involves implementing new inspection tools and features at customer sites globally, acting as a liaison between HQ product lines and customers to solve technical challenges and drive product adoption. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with significant travel.

• Lead key field engagements including Betas, H2H, SOW, and JEP
• Understand customer processes, requirements, roadmaps, and specifications
• Serve as a bridge between HQ product line and customers
• Support marketing with technical use cases and value articulation
• Collaborate with HQ Apps, Engineering, Marketing, and local field Apps
• Travel up to 70% worldwide to support customers
