Marketing Program Manager

New Charter Technologies is seeking a Marketing Program Manager to execute marketing strategies across its portfolio of operating companies. This role involves managing integrated campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, events, and vendor relationships to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from planning through launch and reporting
• Build and deploy HubSpot email campaigns, landing pages, and workflows
• Coordinate Google Ads and SEO/SEM initiatives with agency partners
• Manage website updates and landing page implementation
• Coordinate event logistics, sponsorships, registrations, and follow-up
• Prepare KPI dashboards and campaign reporting
