Vice President, Client Experience (Experiential)

Known is seeking a Vice President of Client Experience to lead and grow global experiential client relationships. This role combines data-driven strategy with creative execution, focusing on building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional outcomes, and identifying new business opportunities in the live and physical activation space. The ideal candidate will own existing high-profile accounts while contributing to the development of the experiential practice.

• Own senior client relationships for anchor experiential accounts
• Identify and pursue new client relationships for experiential offerings
• Mine existing client portfolio for live or physical activation opportunities
• Understand client businesses deeply to provide strategic partnership
• Connect clients to Known's full range of capabilities (data, creative, media, strategy)
• Represent client relationship health proactively to clients and internally
