• Develop and implement China Marketing Plans (3-5 years) and 4P market plans
• Drive growth and efficiency through cross-functional collaboration

• Conduct competitive analysis and develop share gain initiatives
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in performance chemicals/plastics
• Strong understanding of the flexible packaging market
