Sr Manager, Brand Content & Thought Leadership

Blackbaud is seeking a Senior Manager, Brand Content & Thought Leadership to develop and execute an integrated content strategy that elevates our brand and drives business growth. You will lead a team responsible for thought leadership, research insights, customer stories, and editorial content across owned channels. This role is crucial for connecting our brand strategy with compelling content that influences the market and achieves corporate objectives.

• Develop and lead integrated content and thought leadership strategy
• Oversee Blackbaud Institute research and insights-based publications
• Lead editorial strategy for owned content channels and publications
• Drive content innovation, discoverability, and AI-enabled strategies
• Lead, coach, and develop a content team
• Establish KPIs and measure content impact and business contribution
