Director, Fusion Growth Marketing & Operations

Autodesk is seeking a Director of Fusion Growth Marketing and Operations to lead integrated growth strategies across marketing, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. This role owns ecommerce revenue and the operational systems that drive predictable revenue, focusing on scaling the growth engine, optimizing conversion, and increasing marketing-sourced revenue.

• Own end-to-end growth marketing and operations strategy for Fusion
• Accountable for ecommerce revenue, pipeline generation, and conversion performance
• Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies
• Architect and optimize the full growth funnel with clear KPIs
• Build and scale growth operations infrastructure including CRM workflows
• Lead major launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
