Simon is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Carlsbad, CA. This role supports the Director of Marketing in developing and executing mall marketing programs, including social media, events, and community outreach. The coordinator will also manage local and tourism marketing initiatives, foster retailer relations, and provide administrative support.

• Collaborate with marketing directors to develop and execute mall marketing programs
• Implement community-based programs and manage local and tourism marketing initiatives
• Foster positive retailer and community relations
• Develop and implement social media strategy and track metrics
• Assist in on-site management of center events, promotions, and sponsorships
• Manage mall website, social media communications, and create retailer newsletters
