Content Specialist

TaskUs is seeking a Content Specialist to join their People Marketing team in Pasig, Philippines. This role involves developing and managing internal and external communications, employer branding, and talent acquisition marketing initiatives for a specific geographic region. You will be responsible for creating content, managing projects from ideation to delivery, and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure brand alignment and successful execution.

• Develop and write internal communications like newsletters and email blasts
• Manage employer branding and talent acquisition marketing projects
• Create content aligned with TaskUs' brand voice and messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments and Creatives team
• Support local hiring initiatives with marketing materials
• Requires 2 years of experience in marketing or communications
