Growth Marketing Specialist (Bangkok-based, relocation provided)

Agoda is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to focus on account-based marketing (ABM) for strategic accounts, alongside a capped lead generation effort. This role involves researching target accounts, mapping buying committees, and creating bespoke marketing assets. You will partner closely with sales to drive engagement and pipeline influence, with relocation assistance provided for this Bangkok-based position.

• Focus on 1:1/1:few ABM for strategic accounts
• Manage capped, automation-led 1:many lead generation campaigns
• Research target accounts and map buying committees
• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns
• Partner with BD/Sales teams
• Own measurement and reporting for campaign success
