Manager Strategic Content - Executive Communications

Highmark Health is seeking a Manager of Strategic Content to serve as a key communications partner for executive leadership. This role involves advising senior executives, developing comprehensive communication strategies, and crafting compelling messages for various stakeholders. The manager will also oversee a team, manage crisis communications, and analyze communication effectiveness.

• Develop executive communication strategies aligned with enterprise priorities
• Advise executive leaders on messaging and stakeholder engagement
• Write and edit high-impact communications including speeches, town halls, and leadership messages
• Manage crisis situations and implement rapid response plans
• Oversee strategic direction for internal communication channels and analytics
• Manage a team and contribute to strategic planning for the communications department
