Sr. Social Media Manager

As the Sr. Social Media Manager, you will lead the development and execution of our social media strategy across all key platforms. You will be responsible for growing our brand presence, engaging our diverse community, and bringing the SPS brand to life online. This role requires a creative, data-driven storyteller who can collaborate across teams to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
• Manage social media editorial calendar, including content creation, scheduling, and measurement
• Build and manage social media presence for select SPS executives
• Partner with internal teams and external creatives to develop high-impact social media assets
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics
• Monitor and respond to community engagement across all channels
