Marketing Manager

Mercor is seeking a Marketing Manager to own social media, content creation, and campaign execution for one of the fastest-growing companies in AI. You will work across a broad surface area, including model launches, research, events, and customer campaigns, with significant ownership and hands-on involvement from strategy to results. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer eager for diverse experience and impact within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Manage social media presence on X and LinkedIn, driving conversation around AI launches and research
• Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, web, and events
• Write compelling content including blog posts, emails, and landing pages for technical and business audiences
• Drive distribution for Mercor's podcast with launch plans and social clips
• 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth setting
• Deep understanding of AI discourse on X and experience growing brand social accounts
