This role will shape how Baxter attracts talent worldwide by setting the employer brand roadmap, guiding media strategies, and strengthening candidate engagement. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure a consistent global brand while meeting local market needs.

• Set and manage Baxter's employer brand roadmap
• Lead paid, earned, and owned media strategies for talent engagement
• Collaborate with Global Communications on candidate-facing campaigns
• Develop employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies for local markets
• Guide employer brand team members, agency partners, and regional contributors
• Use data and insights to assess employer brand reputation and campaign effectiveness
