Head of Member Growth and Retention

Lead the strategy and execution for member growth and retention at Pomelo Care, a virtual medical practice for women and children. You will own the entire member lifecycle, from lead generation to long-term retention, collaborating across marketing, tech, and operations to drive significant improvements in business performance and build a world-class member engagement organization.

• Orchestrate end-to-end member growth and retention strategy
• Own P&L-defining metrics like LTV:CAC and Monthly Retention
• Architect the end-to-end member journey and implement automated interventions
• Translate financial goals into operational plans
• Oversee a multi-disciplinary team across Outreach, Lifecycle Marketing, and Marketing Operations
• Influence technical roadmap for CRM and marketing automation
