Director, Field Marketing

Recorded Future is seeking a Director of Field Marketing to lead and scale a metrics-driven field marketing organization across the US. This role will partner with Sales and Demand Generation to create regional marketing programs that accelerate pipeline creation and drive revenue impact. The position requires at least 3 days per week in the Boston office.

• Develop and execute global field marketing strategy aligned to revenue goals
• Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
• Build integrated territory marketing plans
• Lead field events, executive engagement programs, and ABM campaigns
• Establish a data-centric operating model with clear KPIs and attribution
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing field marketing team
