Senior Marketing Manager

Viatris is seeking a strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy and launch planning for new prescription medicines in the UK. This role involves translating scientific and market insights into executable plans, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliant product launches and in-market growth. You will drive brand performance, manage investments, and shape the market landscape for assigned therapeutic assets.

• Develop and execute UK commercial strategy and long-term brand plans for prescription medicines
• Lead end-to-end pre-launch and launch planning, including roadmap and critical milestones
• Manage cross-functional teams across Marketing, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, and Sales
• Deeply understand disease areas, patient journeys, and NHS dynamics to inform strategy
• Own competitive strategy, market analysis, and scenario planning
• Ensure all activities comply with UK medicines legislation and industry codes
