Senior Manager, Client Services

Whalar Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Client Services in New York, NY. This role is responsible for overseeing campaign delivery, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also mentor a Campaign Executive and collaborate with internal and external teams to bring creative visions to life.

• Manage day-to-day operations of campaign delivery
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and creator sourcing/contracting
• Manage, develop, and mentor a Campaign Executive
• Lead internal and external meetings with brand and creator knowledge
• 4-6+ years of agency or brand experience including team management
• Strong understanding of the social media advertising ecosystem
