Senior Content Marketing Manager, Merchant - EMEA

This senior role focuses on developing and executing content strategies to help Deliveroo's merchants improve operations, discover opportunities, and grow their businesses. You will own merchant content programs across Deliveroo and Wolt, identifying key merchant problems, creating content like case studies and thought leadership, and measuring performance.

• Own merchant content programs across Deliveroo and Wolt
• Develop content strategy and lead delivery with cross-functional teams
• Write and edit compelling content including articles, reports, and case studies
• Build and manage merchant editorial content, customer stories, and thought leadership
• Track and improve content performance against agreed targets
• Experience building and improving B2B content programs with measurable results
