Junior Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist

Clera is seeking a Junior Social Media and Email Marketing Specialist to join its New York-based team. In this role, you will manage social media content and community engagement, coordinate with external partners, and maintain a content calendar. You will also be responsible for email marketing campaigns in HubSpot, including A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize strategies.

• Manage social media content and community engagement across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with external agencies, creators, and freelancers
• Maintain a content calendar supporting campaigns and announcements
• Manage email marketing campaigns and A/B tests in HubSpot
• Analyze performance data and adjust social and email strategies
• 1-2 years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing
