Specialist, Performance Marketing

Join Castlery's Growth Acquisition team as a Performance Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize campaigns across paid social and search channels. You will manage campaign execution, monitor budgets, implement optimization plans, and support performance reporting, working closely with a Senior Specialist.

• Execute performance marketing campaigns across paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok) and paid search (Google)
• Manage campaign setup, tracking, QA, and budget pacing
• Implement optimization plans including bid tweaks, budget shifts, and audience refreshes
• Support creative and campaign testing, and performance reporting
• Pull and organize data for campaign analysis and deep-dives
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly Meta or Google Ads
